Between 8 pm and 8 am, check-in is only possible in combination with a transfer.
Miguel, our driver, will pick you up from the airport and take you directly to Torso. He will also take care of handing over the key to the accommodation.
What are the times for check-in and check-out?
Guaranteed check-in time is 14:00. If you arrive earlier, we can not guarantee that your room is ready for a check-in.
Of course you can already use all our facilities when you arrive early.
Please leave your room before 11 am on the day of departure.
Late check-out is possible subject to availability and on request (extra costs) until 3 pm at the latest.
Can I store my luggage?
Yes. We can always store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.
There are also lockers available for valuables.

Club Torso is shielded around, the choice to do something or nothing
wearing is entirely up to you.
Do you have smoking rooms?
The Spanish law prohibits smoking in the bungalow / rooms and is non-smoking.
On your own terrace and the public outdoor space such as around the pool or garden you will find the designated places for smokers. Respect your fellow guests at the resort who do not smoke.
If there is smoking in the room, a service charge of € 185.00 will be charged for additional cleaning efforts.
Are the Bungalows & Villas equipped with a safe?
Yes, all our Villas & Bungalows have an electronic safe for free.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, optionally wash, including detergent, and / or dry
Bring in the morning - Clean and dry in the afternoon.

In the room spacious there is also the possibility to iron.

Club Torso offers you a healthy and extensive breakfast buffet. We welcome you daily from 09:00 to 11:00.

Our Breakfast service is included, and only for guests who have booked directly through our site.
Breakfast for our visitors costs € 11.50 per person.

From 18 years to 88 years, there is always a mix of single, couples or just good friends, to be found on the accommodation
Is it possible to have single beds.
All bungalows have a bedroom with a high-quality double bed. There is no option of single beds.
Can I bring my pet?
Although they are still so sweet, pets are not allowed in the resort.
